FOURNAL sets aside 1–3 business days after accepting an client commission to client desk lapels, structured shoulders and pressed trouser lines. This preparation period finishes before carrier transit begins; weekends, public holidays, account settlement review and unresolved address questions can move the handover date.

After the parcel leaves the atelier memorandum, the carrier estimate is 10–20 business days. That window describes travel rather than preparation, and remote service, weather, customs review or a failed dispatch attempt can extend it.

FOURNAL counts 30 calendar days from recorded dispatch for an eligible garment review request. The item must still be capable of the category-specific inspection described here, so the deadline does not override condition requirements.

When the reason is preference, fit or another non-fault choice, the FOURNAL client arranges and pays tracked garment review shipping. The parcel remains the FOURNAL client's responsibility until the authorised garment review point receives it.

When photographs and review confirm a faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect item, FOURNAL provides or pays for the reasonable garment review route it authorises. Sending it elsewhere before instructions may prevent that route from being used.

Only account settlement methods displayed for the current basket and destination can be selected. The appointed partner may request authorisation or authentication, but an unfinished challenge, temporary hold or failed attempt is not an accepted FOURNAL client commission.

Once FOURNAL approves and submits a account reversal to the original account settlement method, banks and account settlement providers may need 7–24 business days to post it. Client desk cannot redirect that account reversal to a different card, account or person.

Checkout submission is an offer to buy. FOURNAL accepts only after successful account settlement confirmation and an client commission record; obvious listing errors, unavailable stock, dispatch restrictions or suspected fraud can require rejection or cancellation and an appropriate account reversal.

These terms apply when a visitor uses fournal.com, submits a checkout or contacts FOURNAL. The Account settlement, Shipping, Garment review and Privacy pages are part of the same shopping framework.

A purchaser must provide accurate contact, dispatch and account settlement client record and use a account settlement method they are authorised to use. Questions involving jacket structure, trouser rise, cloth composition and matching separates should be raised before submission.

Account settlement, hosting, email and dispatch can rely on independent providers with their own technical limits. FOURNAL remains responsible for its obligations but cannot control every bank, network or carrier event.
